This End User Licence Agreement (License Agreement, Agreement or EULA) is a formal arrangement between you (the “Licence Owner” or “Licensee”), and Trifon Andreev – author, owner of the intellectual property and copyright holder of the Font Software this License Agreement applies to (the “Licensor” or “Provider”). It outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the Font Software provided by Trifon Andreev, establishing legally binding rights and responsibilities for both parties. By visiting and browsing content on this website, either static imagery or Font Software, as well as purchasing a license, downloading, installing and using the Font Software, users and License Owners simultaneously agree to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement (EULA). Any unauthorized usage of content or software from this website (trifonandreev.com) is strictly prohibited. By agreeing to the following, the Licence Owner confirms understanding and compliance with its provision.

The Licence Owner is not entitled to ownership rights or copyright of the Font Software, the design, or any of its elements in any manner. Instead, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to use the Font Software solely for the specified use cases within this License Agreement (EULA) is acquired. Shall the Font Software be employed for other purposes that exceed the size and/or type of the acquired license (e.g. the environment it is applicable to – Desktop& Print, Web or other types, listed in this Agreement), the Licensee is required to purchase an additional licence. In such cases, the Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action to ensure compliance with this Agreement, and protect the fair and ethical use of intellectual property.
