This End User Licence Agreement (License Agreement, Agreement or EULA) is a formal arrangement between you (the “Licence Holder” or “Licensee”), and Trifon Andreev – author, owner of the intellectual property and copyright holder of the Font Software this License Agreement applies to (the “Licensor” or “Provider”). It outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the Font Software provided by Trifon Andreev, establishing legally binding rights and responsibilities for both parties. By visiting and browsing content on this website, either static imagery or Font Software, as well as purchasing a license, downloading, installing and using the Font Software, users and License Holders simultaneously agree to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement (EULA). Any unauthorized usage of content or software from this website (trifonandreev.com) is strictly prohibited. By agreeing to the following, the Licence Holder confirms understanding and compliance with its provision.

The Licence Holder is not entitled to ownership rights or copyright of the Font Software, the design, or any of its elements in any manner. Instead, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to use the Font Software solely for the specified use cases within this License Agreement (EULA) is acquired. Shall the Font Software be employed for other purposes that exceed the size and/or type of the acquired license (e.g. the environment it is applicable to – Desktop& Print, Web or other types, listed in this Agreement), the Licensee is required to purchase an additional licence. In such cases, the Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action to ensure compliance with this Agreement, and protect the fair and ethical use of intellectual property.

1. License Metric and Authorization

The sole determining metric for selecting the appropriate license package and corresponding license fee is the client's Company Size (e.g., the number of individuals working in the organization, that aims to derive value from the Font Software, or are affiliated with). Please note, it is important for the License Holder to understand, that third parties such as designers or contracted agencies, do not own or pay for the license and are therefore not considered License Holders, but Subcontractors. The License Owner is explicitly the client. If the client has an internal design department, the size of the license package is still determined by the overall size of the company. Obsolete licensing models, such as web traffic or download counts, are excluded from the License Agreement (EULA) and do not impact the license types and size of packages.

Upon receiving full payment, Trifon Andreev will provide the License Holder with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the Font Software as stipulated in the Agreement. The Font Software is provided in following formats: OTF and/or WOFF2, and within the framework of this Agreement, these formats are regarded as distinct and separate entities, related to your initial purchase and type of the acquired license. Depending on the purchased License Type and/or the nature of the request, both are offered either as a combined package or separately.

         1.1 Subcontractor(s) & Additional Upgrades

  • The license purchased by the License Holder allows for the possible sharing of the Font Software with one (1) third party – such as a designer, a (graphic) practice or studio, or an agency, meaning that the client’s first Subcontractor does not need to acquire an additional upgrade or license.
  • However, if another third party, beyond the first Subcontractor, requires use of the Font Software on behalf of the client, the client must acquire an upgrade for their license, with all associated costs to be covered by the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to monitor dynamic changes in their Company Size and request a license upgrade if necessary, without any further notice from the Provider. If monitoring the company’s growth requires a disproportionate effort for you, please consider upgrading to the Unlimited License.

1.2 Designers & Relations with Multiple Clients

  • Designers and studios eligible to become future Subcontractors for multiple clients play a key role in communication with the latter. They are required to be aware that the use of shared Font Software by a client for other clients, who may have an interest in a similar license package and/or Font Software, is strictly prohibited. Each client of a designer or agency must acquire a separate license that corresponds to their respective Company Size.

2. License Types

Trifon Andreev offers the License Holder one or more of the following licensing options, each of which detailed in the subsequent sections. We are offering a combined license package for Desktop/Print and Web use. By acquiring this package, the License Holder gets the Font Software provided in both OTF and WOFF2 formats. Please note, the size of the package is not dependent on the amount of web views. Please choose an available package that corresponds with your Company Size. For additional information, please refer to (1) License Metric & Authorization.

         2.1 Desktop/Print + Web License

         (Desktop/Print License)
  • The License Holder is authorized to install and employ the Font Software within the scope of their organizational infrastructure.
  • The License Holder is permitted to use the Font Software for the creation of static documents, images, objects, signage, logos and wordmarks, books and other kinds of printed matter, merchandise, and other similar deliverables for one client. The Desktop & Print license also covers the production of design assets and video content for social media channels (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat or similar) and other platforms (including YouTube, television, movies, commercials) of a single brand.
  • The Font Software may be provided to commercial printers or prepress facilities exclusively for the purpose of final output and printing materials for the License Holder. This usage is restricted to the timeframe required to complete the specific project and must be confined to the requirements of that project alone. Accordingly, the License Holder must guarantee that the printers and service providers involved comply with the terms and conditions, outlined in the License Agreement (EULA), and receive a copy of it. The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that all external copies of the Font Software is deleted upon completion of the service.
  • The License Holder is prohibited from employing the Font Software for any purposes that are not expressly authorized under the terms of this license type.

          (Web License)
  • The License Holder is authorized to install and employ the Font Software within the scope of their organizational infrastructure.
  • The License Holder is authorized to install and embed the Font Software into a single website domain or sub-domains that they own and administer, with no restrictions on the amount of traffic the site may accommodate. Multiple top-level domains owned by a single License Holder require the appropriate number of licenses to be acquired, either as a package, if available, or individually. For more information about the Company Size as a license metric, please refer to (1) License Metric & Authorization. The designated website domain(s) are to be explicitly shared with the Provider and the License Holder is required to ensure that the Font Software is self-hosted using technology no other than CSS @font-face. The License Holder is expressly prohibited from utilizing any third-party font hosting services, or putting the Font softwore on public servers or public repositories.
  • Only web-font formats may be used (WOFF, WOFF2, provided by the License Holder). Desktop Font Software formats (OTF, TTF), provided for example with a Desktop & Print License may be used in desktop software such as Figma, but License Holders are not allowed to use these on the web.
  • The License Holder is prohibited from employing the Font Software for any purposes that are not expressly authorized under the terms of this license type.

         2.2 Trial Licence

  • The License Holder is permitted to install, test and use the trial version of the Font Software in advance. Trial Fonts include a limited selection of characters and may be used by designers and commissioned studios to explore the visual style of the product, propose and pitch a project to the client as a future authorized License Holder.
