- The license purchased by the License Holder allows for the possible sharing of the Font Software with one (1) third party – such as a designer, a (graphic) practice or studio, or an agency, meaning that the client’s first Subcontractor does not need to acquire an additional upgrade or license.
- However, if another third party, beyond the first Subcontractor, requires use of the Font Software on behalf of the client, the client must acquire an upgrade for their license, with all associated costs to be covered by the client.
- It is the client’s responsibility to monitor dynamic changes in their Company Size and request a license upgrade if necessary, without any further notice from the Provider. If monitoring the company’s growth requires a disproportionate effort for you, please consider upgrading to the Unlimited License.
