Trial Fonts

Trial fonts are available for free upon request, either individually or as a complete pack. They include a limited character set and do not contain OpenType features. Trial fonts are provided solely for testing and evaluation purposes before purchase and are subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Font Software, including the software itself, the Font Outlines, and accompanying documentation, remains the exclusive property of Trifon Andreev. This ownership extends to all copyrights, trademarks, and business names associated with the Font Software, its name, and all its components, including all kinds of assets published on the website (trifonandreev.com) to visualize, present and promote the craft and services of Trifon Andreev. The License Owner does not acquire any ownership rights in the Font Software under this License Agreement (EULA).

The License Owner is strictly prohibited from removing or altering any copyright notices embedded in the Font Software. Additionally, the License Owner may not share, sell, lend, donate, distribute, disclose, assign or transfer the Font Software to any third party unless explicitly allowed under the Agreement. All intellectual property rights in the Font Software remain solely with Trifon Andreev.
