3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Font Software, including the software itself, the Font Outlines, and accompanying documentation, remains the exclusive property of Trifon Andreev. This ownership extends to all copyrights, trademarks, and business names associated with the Font Software, its name, and all its components, including all kinds of assets published on the website (trifonandreev.com) to visualize, present and promote the craft and services of Trifon Andreev. The License Holder does not acquire any ownership rights in the Font Software under this License Agreement (EULA).

The License Holder is strictly prohibited from removing or altering any copyright notices embedded in the Font Software. Additionally, the License Holder may not share, sell, lend, donate, distribute, disclose, assign or transfer the Font Software to any third party unless explicitly allowed under the Agreement. All intellectual property rights in the Font Software remain solely with Trifon Andreev.
