This article summarizes the limitations and constraints, to which users of this website (trifonandreev.com) or the License Holder must adhere, but does not exclude the additional terms and conditions part of this License Agreement (EULA). It only clarifies some further details about a fair and transparent usage of the Font Software and additional assets in different cases. For additional information and conditions regarding individual license packages, please refer to the corresponding license type in (2) License types.
- Any copies of the Font Software that the Licensee is authorized to create under this Agreement, to be able to share with designers, studios and other third party Subcontractors must include the same Agreement, copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices embedded in the original software and delivered package. The License Holder is prohibited from altering, adapting, or converting the encoding of the Font Software into any other format or system. Additionally, actions such as reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, reproducing, modifying, or attempting to access or expose the Font Software's source code in any way, as well as the creation of new fonts based on the design and conceptuality of the delivered Font Software, are strictly prohibited.
- Embedding the Font Software in a way that is accessible to end users, sharing with Subcontractors without any upgrade purchased, putting the fonts on public servers or in public repositories is strictly forbidden.
- Renaming the Font Software in such way that the taken unauthorized personalization violates someone else’s rights is strictly prohibited.
- Using the Font Software or its components, including Outlines or imagery, any other data related to the delivered package, or any assets published on the website (trifonandreev.com) to visualize, present or promote the craft and services of Trifon Andreev, in such context of training artificial intelligence, producing content and fonts based on input data, or tracing any available visual elements to generate new font ideas based on the intellectual property of Trifon Andreev is strictly prohibited. In any case Trifon Andreev reserves the right and will pursue his legal interest by taking all necessary legal actions to protect their intellectual property.
- The Font Software must not be used in any manner that endorses hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind; should such prohibited use occur, Trifon Andreev reserves the right to terminate this Agreement forthwith and without any obligation to provide compensation for the purchased services.
- The Font Software is expressly prohibited from being employed for political or religious purposes, including but not limited to political campaigns, religious messaging, and associated advocacy efforts. Such restrictions apply broadly to political entities, religious groups, and organizations engaged in similar endeavors. Any intended use of the Font Software for purposes such as political branding, campaign materials, or religious symbols requires obtaining explicit written consent from Trifon Andreev prior to use.
