Trifon Andreev provides fonts on “as-is” basis, meaning all sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note, if you still somehow managed to acquire a license that does not fit your Company Size or further specifications, any further details leading to the purchase of a reasonable upgrade service shall be discussed via email with the Provider.
The Provider of Font Software guarantees that the Font Software available for purchase is the outcome from a careful quality assurance processes using modern technology. Should any defects in the acquired Font Software be discovered, including a defective file, they must be reported promptly and accompanied by relevant documentation via email within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving such notification, Trifon Andreev will endeavor to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
Trifon Andreev is not responsible for replacing or refunding the Font Software if defects arise due to accidents, misuse, or improper handling by the License Holder. Additionally, Trifon Andreev shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the Font Software, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, operational disruptions, missed opportunities, or any other consequential damages.
The License Holder acknowledges and agrees that The Provider of Font Software, along with their personnel, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the provision or use of the Font Software by the License Holder or their associates. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for damages resulting from errors, omissions, or issues with the Font Software. Trifon Andreev does not guarantee the functionality of the Font Software for every hardware or software and/or full compatibility with old or not common systems of the License Holder. If your devices and applicable usage of the Font Software requires additional custom engineering to fit the environment, additional fees may apply. Please refer to our Custom Fonts Solutions for your exclusive requests.
Trifon Andreev is providing the fonts 'as-is,' without any warranties, either express or implied, such as warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, performance and quality, or non-infringement. You confirm that you have the legal right to enter into this License Agreement (EULA), and that your use of the fonts will not harm anyone, break any laws, or infringe on others' rights. License Holders agree to release Trifon Andreev from any such liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to protect and defend Trifon Andreev and their affiliates from any loss, cost, liability, damage, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any breach of obligations under this Agreement. Trifon Andreev will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to this Agreement. The maximum liability of Trifon Andreev will be limited to a refund of the fees you paid under this Agreement.
